Youngster, Travis Bell, in winning one heat & the feature race took out highest points in the (PTQCC) Tucker Time for Pets Formula 500 Series at the Kellerberrin Speedway last Saturday.

In what can only be described as perfect weather conditions & on a racy track, Bell showed experience beyond his years in holding out Brett Janssen & newcomer Sarah Zemunik. Janssen took out heat one & came in second in all other events. Zemunik showed enough on her first outing that she will be a force to contend with in the near future with a great win in heat 3.
Newcomer Troy Johnston quickly came to grip with the speed of the Formula’s and had a steady day. Gavin Connelly’s comeback didn’t last long as after the first heat his engine had a massive oil leak so he retired it for the day to play safe.
